Getting to Know Me

I'm 25.

I wanted to be a lawyer.

Then I downgraded, and decided a paralegal was close enough.

I just graduated.
I'm working as a real estate paralegal. 
I absolutly love it! 

I'm a Christian. I love Jesus. 

I've found that whatever I'm looking for I already have in Him.

I have a little sister, who also happens to be my roommate. 
 She's my best friend.

I love my mini dachshund. His name is Oliver. He's pretty darn cute.

I have a weakness for cheeseburgers.

I could eat chocolate cake everyday.

I love Dr. Pepper.

Cooking relaxes me.
I paint & sketch when the mood hits me. 
I cross-stitch to keep my hands & mind busy.
I create beautiful things when I'm feeling craft-y. 

I guess you could call me a girly-girl. 

The color pink makes me happy. 

I love shoes and purses. 

I love name brands. Call it materialistic. Whatever.

Coach and BCBG are my favorites.

I wear black a lot. 

Not because I'm emo, but because someone once told me I looked good in it. 

Good music soothes my soul.

Jazz is a beautiful thing.

Bob Marley was pretty much the best. 

I hate sterotypes, especially as they pertain to black Women.

I'm pretty into politics and current events. I love a good political debate. 

I'm a neat freak. 

I have anxiety issues. 

I'm single and most days I like it.

I love hard.

I truly believe that you should never give up on someone you can't go one day without thinking about.

I have amazing friends. We laugh more than we breath.

 My family has never given up on me.

I love books and I love to read. 

Reading does for the mind what exercise does for the body.

I write because it's fun. 

Because it's exhilirating. 

Because I love weaving words together to form a picture so clear you can see it.

I  write because it's Cathartic. 
 I write to process the craziness that is my life.
